Thomas Linker

Thomas Linker is a widely recognized artist native to eastern Pennsylvania. where many of his works are images from the counties of Bucks and Montgomery. His deep love of the sea and rural eastern shore are clearly reflected in his paintings. When not observing the great outdoors for new material, Thomas feels comfortable painting a still life in his studio or working on a portrait in oils, His realism is tempered by a romantic sentiment producing a style of art which is particular suited to scenes of sunsets, rustic houses, rolling hills and beaches. He often works his oils with a free flowing impressionistic pallet knife or chooses pastels as an alternate medium. Mixed media graphics are a new interest that he has developed with experimentation a key element in his concepts.
