Rosanne Kaloustian
Rosanne Kaloustian is a compassionate artist whose works project a feeling of warmth and tranquility. To reward her talent, she received a full scholarship to the National Academy of Design where she was given the Suydam Gold Medal. After traveling throughout Europe on an independent studies program, she returned to the United States and began a professional career as a fine artist and illustrator. As of today, she is a lifetime member of the Art Students League and the Graphic Artists Guild.
Rosanne is currently exhibiting her art at the Nassau County Museum of Art and has exhibited her paintings at the National Academy of Fine Arts, Renata Metelska Fine Arts Gallery in Palm Beach FL, Old Westbury Gardens, Salmagundi Art Club, Shelter Rock Library, Museum of American Illustration, Museum of the United States Golf Association, Great Neck Art Center and Saks Fifth Avenue. In addition, she has also been privileged to paint the Baptismal and Crucifix paintings for the St. David Armenian Church in Boca Raton, Florida and St. Stephanos Church in Elberon, N.J.
As an illustrator, her works have appeared in such publications as Readers Digest, Woman’s Day Magazine, Redbook Magazine, American Airlines Magazine, Golf Journal, Houghton Mifflin Children’s Books, Doubleday Books and most recently in Max Lucado’s bestseller “Just in Case You Ever Wonder.” Miss Kaloustian has been commissioned by such noted corporations as LL Bean, Walt Disney, Lifetime TV, General Foods and Avon Products.
She has recently been recognized for her artistic achievements with the Magazine and Booksellers Best Book Cover Award as well as the Interim Health Care Certificate of Excellence.
