Michael de Guzman

In July of 2011, Michael joined a landscape Photography workshop, and fell in love. He was taken with the process and now, shoots exclusively landscapes. Although he shoots color, his work with infrared and fine art, black and white photography are his passion. He enjoys long exposures especially during bad weather and he loves staying under the heat of the sun for hours to achieve the image he wants.

Aside from being featured on photography websites, he recently landed a cover for a local Photography Magazine. Michael is now a contributing author on a variety of articles exploring Landscape Photography.

He has made it his personal mission is to share his passion for Landscape Photography through promoting and conducting workshops all over the country with his peers and mentors.

Michael was born in 1975 at Tuba, Benguet and now resides in Makati, Phillippines where he is a manager for a software development team working for a Japanese company.
