Marie August-Anderson

Marie credits three important members of her family as the source of her creative insight, technical know-how and attitude adjustment while in pursuit of a career in commercial illustration and graphic arts. Without the influence of her landscape painter father, tech-engineer maternal grandfather and NLP guide sister, Marie says, “I’d still be looking out the window wondering how to put one foot in front of the other.”
“I’m actually still doing that, but with so much more purpose in my head and gratitude in my heart.”
She bought herself a MAC, dove into Adobe, and the rest is history.
